The client was looking for a reliable partner to produce custom carbon fiber components for high-end bicycles. These parts were intended for resale to cycling enthusiasts, so both mechanical strength and aesthetic finish were critical.

While our core expertise lies in CNC machining and die casting, we gladly took on the challenge of working with carbon fiber — a material that’s 9x stiffer than steel and just 1/4 its density.

🧪 Manufacturing Process & Challenges

Our team quickly adapted to the requirements of this new material:

• Material Used: Carbon fiber

• Surface Finishes: 2K and 3K weave patterns, with options for matte and gloss coating

• Challenges:

  • Surface scratches during handling

  • Chipping at cutting edges

  • Maintaining strength at joints

Despite these challenges, we ensured all parts met client specifications through tight quality control and real-time production monitoring.
