Today, I’d like to share a recent Optics Manufacturing and precision machining story.

Our client, a Korean robotics company specializing in manipulators, required highly precise components with strict tolerance control.
Throughout our collaboration, we ensured every measurement met their specifications — and successfully avoided any tolerance deviation.

However, an early challenge arose around surface-finish standards: our in-house coating thickness differed from the Korean standard.
Once identified, we adjusted the process and now confirm surface-finish thickness for every new order.

Through consistent quality, open communication, and continuous improvement, we gained our client’s full trust — and they continue to work with us today.

Precision builds confidence. Collaboration builds partnerships.
